Bridge synchro lifting system (BLS)

Atlas operates in the field of public works maintenance works, in particular when infrastructures age requires highly specialized companies to make all the required interventions restoring.
More specifically, the replacement of bridge bearings requires the use of synchronized lifting systems such as to reduce the structural stress that might be otherwise introduced during the lifting operations.
For this activity Atlas company developed a be spoke designed system that can be deployed with a minimum notice everywhere in Italy and Europe.
The Atlas Bridge Lifting System (BLS) is an innovative hydraulic equipment that thanks to the embedded electronics is capable to control the actuator displacements and force delivered.
The system records all the lifting data as well as the commands given by the operator such as to guarantee the maximum level of traceability.
Recorded data are collected into a structured data base that allows post-proc analysis and reporting. The system control panel is remote accessible by authorized operators that can therefore perform maintenance tasks or lifting follow up from a remote station.
The BLS system is calibrated and certified. It is operated under CE marking rules.
